KimberLee originally became a broker because she was working in the land acquisition area of civil engineering. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and her Professional Engineering Licensure. She worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation for more than ten years as a project manager for the Governor's Major Moves program. During her tenure at INDOT, Kim gained experience in negotiating contracts as an award winning project manager. While she is proud of that success, the most valuable part of her position was working with a team and helping others to succeed.
KimberLee resides in her hometown of Franklin, Indiana with her husband, Andy. She has 4 kids - ages 27, 24, 9, and 8. She is a graduate of Franklin Community High School (1989) and Purdue University (1996). Kim is a professional beauty consultant and singer/musician.
